Full Stack

A full-stack rebuild that took UrbanNest from prototype to production in 12 weeks

UrbanNest Realty's MVP couldn't handle real listing volume. We rebuilt their backend, web app, and mobile app end to end — and shipped on every deadline.

The challenge

UrbanNest Realty had validated demand with a scrappy MVP, but it was built on a stack that couldn't handle real listing volume or concurrent users — page loads over 6 seconds, no mobile app, and infrastructure that fell over during traffic spikes.

What we built

We rebuilt the product end to end as one accountable team:

  • A new Next.js web app with server-rendered listing pages, optimized image delivery, and sub-2-second loads
  • A React Native mobile app sharing business logic with the web app
  • A redesigned backend and database schema built to handle 10x the concurrent load of the original
  • Cloud infrastructure on AWS with autoscaling, CI/CD, and monitoring from day one

We worked in two-week sprints with a shared roadmap, hitting every milestone UrbanNest needed to close their next round.

The results

Page load times dropped 70%, the platform now comfortably handles 10x the concurrent users the old stack could manage, and every deadline — including the one tied to their fundraise — was hit on time.
