1. Who we are
RedshotLabs ("we", "us") operates this website and is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact: contact@redshotlabs.com.
2. Data we collect
Contact form. When you send us an inquiry we collect your name, email address, company (optional), the service you are interested in (optional), and your message.
Technical data. Like any website, our hosting infrastructure processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Preferences. Your language and light/dark theme choices are stored in your browser. See the Cookie Policy.
What we do not collect. The price calculator runs in your browser: the services, complexity, and currency you select are not sent to us or stored. Exchange rates are fetched by our server, so your browser does not contact the rates provider. We do not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking technologies, and we do not create visitor accounts or profiles.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf, under contract:
- our website hosting and database providers, which store contact form submissions;
- Brevo, which delivers contact form notifications to our team by email;
- Calendly, if you choose to book a call. The scheduler only loads when you click "Book a Call"; the details you enter there are handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy and shared with us to arrange the meeting.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it or to establish or defend legal claims.
5. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where data protected by the GDPR or UK GDPR is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we rely on an adequacy decision or on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then delete them unless we must keep them to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
7. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and reputable infrastructure providers to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal data, and to receive a copy of it. See GDPR & Data Rights for details and how to exercise them. To make any request, email contact@redshotlabs.com.
9. Children
The site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The "last updated" date above shows the latest revision.
