1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the RedshotLabs website ("the site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Using the site

You may browse the site and use its tools for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it in a way that degrades the service, or use it to send unlawful or misleading content.

3. Price calculator and estimates

The project price calculator gives indicative price ranges only. Ranges are based on typical international market rates for the selected services and a chosen complexity level.

• An estimate is not an offer, a quotation, or a binding commitment by RedshotLabs.
• Final pricing depends on the actual scope, timeline, and requirements, and is only fixed in a written proposal or agreement signed by both parties.
• Estimates exclude taxes, duties, third-party licences, and platform or infrastructure fees unless stated otherwise.
• Amounts in currencies other than USD are converted using daily reference exchange rates from a third-party provider (ExchangeRate-API). These rates are informational, may differ from the rate applied by your bank or payment provider, and may be out of date.

4. Services and engagements

Any services RedshotLabs provides are governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement). If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, graphics, and code are owned by RedshotLabs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the content, and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not otherwise copy, republish, or create derivative works from it without permission.

6. Third-party links and data

The site may link to third-party websites and display third-party data (such as exchange rates). We do not control those sources and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.

7. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" for general information. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but give no warranty that the site is error-free, complete, current, or uninterrupted. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, or professional advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedshotLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including calculator estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RedshotLabs is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence are not affected.
